What is the cause of the tensions, and stress that we feel in the body?

The source of all tension is becoming. One is always striving to be something; no one is at ease with himself as he is. The being/self is not accepted, the being is denied, and something is taken as an ideal to become. So the basic tension is always between that which you are and that which you long to become.

You desire to become something other than you are. Tension/stress means that you are, and you long to be what you are not. Tension is created between these two. What you desire to become is irrelevant. Anything that is desired as something to be fulfilled in the future, against you as you are.....creates tension & stress. Tension means a gap between what you are and what you want to be. If the gap is small, the tension will be small. If there is no gap at all, it means you are satisfied with what you are.

Stress is the cause of most dis-eases within the mind/body and environment, as they are not separate. With lack of support and guidance to keep you focused on personal health & wellness goals there is more stress, which creates procrastination which again creates more stress...creating procrastination....creating more stress, which creates dis-ease



WHERE AND WHEN DOES THE CYCLE END?....and for how long????  Who is there to help you off the merry-go-round???
